Scanning WES Report for Education Diplomas/Degrees?

Hi,

I'm in the process of uploading documents onto CIC, after receiving ITA on July 17th.

For the 'Education Diplomas/Degrees' portion, can I just scan and upload the WES report? Or do they need the actual transcript?
