Hi,

I scanned all of the pages of the passport and some of the stamps are hard to see in the passport let alone the scanned pages. I think that most scanners see the stamps as background and so they are scanned and then printed too light to comprehend. I have sent all the pages to a certified translator to be done and will post here if there is a problem and where I get. I am posting this here in case anyone knows if there has been any problems with permanent residence renewal applications due to hard to read stamps on copies submitted. I don't want any problems after I've submitted everything.

Have you tried staples or someplace like staples office supply store? I always said I would never pay what they want but after scanning so much for CIC i decided to break down and pay it... every copy looked like the original our marriage certificate looks so real my husband had to check 3 times to make sure I had put the original back in it's folder LOL the copy of course didn't have the embedded seal. when I copied my CoPR and passport for my health card it had no problem picking up the stamps they wanted a copy of the stamp to verify I had in-fact landed. Good Luck!
