I wonder if someone can help with this question. My wife is completing her spousal sponsorship forms as the principal applicant and she is living in a different country. I am his sponsor and live in Canada. The instruction says that I have to mail the applications both for her and myself. Can my wife scan and email me certified copies of her passport, birth certificate, and the translated marriage certificate so that I can print them and include them in the application? Or should she mail me the original copies. Thanks for the help.
