How to apply for Saudi PCC from Canada or India?

I went throgh the same ..

The Saudi embassy here is not involved in getting the PCC, i contacted them and they send me this document which is showing how to get Saudi PCC:

POLICE CLEARANCE FROM SAUDI ARABIA

The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia regrets to inform you that starting November 3,
2010, we no longer can obtain police clearance for former residents of Saudi Arabia
through this embassy"

To obtain a police clearance from Saudi Arabia you are advised to contact your embassy
here in Canada or in Saudi Arabia fo r more information:
you may please send all your inquiries to your Embassy in Riyadh
regarding police clearance.

(B)

You can process your police clearance through a relative or a friend in Saudi Arabia:
(a) Make a power of attorney for the person in Saudi Arabia"
(b) Have your fingerprints taken by a Canadian authority
(e) Attach proof of previous residence in the Kingdom
1-The POWER OF ATTORNEY AND THE FINGERPRINT MUST be
stamped FIRST by Canadian notary public then the Canadian Legal
Division of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, 125 Sussex
Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. K1A OG2 ,you must check the their website on how
to legalize documents.
2- A money order in the amount of $13.50 for EACH stamp.
3- Extra copies of all documents must be attached to your covering letter
requesting the legalization and reasons for legalization I and
including the name of your Saudi employer/client/ agent or explaining
your status in the Kingdom. Documents that are required to be
authenticated must be arranged and labeled.
4- FOR THE FAST RETTURN OF YOUR DOCUMENTS YOU MUST INCLUDE :
XPRESS CANADA POST ENVELOPE (COMPLETE YOUR ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER
ON THE ENVELOPE, KEEP COPY OF THE TRACKING NUMBER, INCLUDE THE ENVELOPE WITH
YOUR DOCUMENTS)
(d) Once the documents are legalized they are ready to be forwarded from you to the
person in Saudi Arabia.

I was in Saudi 15 years before and now I don't know anybody there to get the PCC.

The other way is there is a private companies in Toronto that you can use to get the PCC but they are expensive..

Thanks. I contacted the following company, they asked me to wait until I get PCC request from CIC.
Also informed me that CIC will ask for PCC only for the last 10 years.

Call the other company i provided as they are cheaper than this company ..

just wait for the request and good luck
