Saudi arabian Police certificate translation for Canada immigration

Hello,
i had a police clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia issued in Arabic language, it has a stamp on it with " No Criminal Record" written in English in addition to Arabic, so; do i need to translate this certificate to English or this stamp is enough??

You still need to translate it into English as your name, issue date and other information still in Arabic.
