Gentlemen,

A friend of mine received his ITA for Express Entry.

However, He has not received full instructions on how to obtain P.C.C. and Medical.

Are there any instructions to come from CIC on his Express Entry Account, or Can he/she just use
the ITA Letter to go for Medical and Obtain PCC.

Medical: go to Dar Al Afia for upfront medical as soon as ITA is received. This should be enough.

PCC: get official request for PCC from any official body, and present it at the regional criminal investigation building, which should be near the main police station. Standard is to send an online request to the embassy in Riyadh for a letter. They will send it via aramex and charge you about 175. This letter would need to be stamped at the MoFA. You could get a letter from your own embassy. Issued pcc is the same.

The addresses of all authorised medical centres are available on the CIC website. You can choose the one closest to your location. Check the wblink http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
For PCC Indian PCC, submit an application to the Indian Embassy through the Indian Visa Centre along with passport details and Iqama.
