Saudi Arabia PCC

Hi.

Does anyone know if we really can get a PCC from Saudi Arabia? I've worked there before for 3 years and according to Manila Visa Office, I need to submit a PCC. How is that possible when according to the CIC website itself, the Saudi POC is only available to current legal residents?

The problem is I don't have anybody that can be my designated representative there.

Hello Guys. Should I get a Police certificate from Saudi Arabia before getting ITA or I should wait?
Does it make any difference?
Do they write any express entry number or ITA number of PCC?
