I'm sachin I was born and raised in India, currently I'm been resided at kuwait for 4 year's.
I applied for work permit valid for 2 years to work at saskatoon Canada through an agent who is based in Gujrat - India. The agent created my profile on Oasis - Saskatchewan (Sinp) website back in August 2017 & file no was generated. Then almost an year later btw I received a lawyer call to verify my identity ,there after in a week time I was scheduled a Skype interview call from saskatchewan employer in the month of july 2018. Then I was advised that I was selected to work in Canada. Next after waiting for 4 months I received a letter with file number dated on December 2018, stating that '' I successfully submitted my application '' from Sinp economic immigration. After my agent advised me to take a medical and pcc. he sent all my documents like ( medical, pcc, education certificates, work experience, imm5669e, imm5460e, imm5462e, imm5406e, supplement info travel form, imm0008e all these forms were sent to (case processing center) Sydney canada. It was delivered to canada on 1st june 2019. After long struggle he advised me that it would take 45 to 60 working days to receive a confirmation.
My questions are as follows:-
1. Why does it take 2 years to complete the process for work permit?
2.Is my agent scamming ?
3.If I'm applying for work permit why I wasn't advised to fill imm1295e form?
4.how to get in touch with immigration officer to know the status of my visa (I already sent an email to
immigration@gov.sk.ca
they replied '' You are not emailing from the email that we have on file for this application. Due to privacy concerns we are unable to release any information about this file. '' but unfortunately my agent doesn't want to reveal my login credentials either email id registered.
5.can some one tell what sort of immigration program I have been processed so far?
