I am towfiq from Bangladesh. I was applied Saskatchewan (Provincial nominee program) Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)my file was received immigration on, Apr-2011. I was (Nominated) Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program has been approved January,,, 2014. Then I send my all required document with my application to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) visa office in Centralized Intake Office (Sydney). They give me file number (online access application status) here show status- We received your application for permanent residence on April ,, 2014. And finally Centralized Intake Office (Sydney) send my file High Commission of Canada
Visa Section Singapore,,//,, jun 2014. here my file received from till to month already passed 39 month. 40 month running. Please inform me how many time want to need make final decision. what can i do right now ???

I think you applied in Family Referral category. This Category processing time is officially 28-months.
Any how you got the nomination. After applying to CIC it will take 7-8 months for medical & security checks.

Does anyone have any idea whether or not they're going to bring back the family referral category?

Also any guesses as to any potential changes in next year's SINP and if the program is going to be easier or harder?

Hi my application under SINP was refused.I want to apply for student visa to canada.For applying for study visa,i have to hide some of my work experience.I am scared if CIC has got my information from SINP,then i wont be able to hide anything.Some people say that canada immigration will be aware of your academic and work history and some people say,they wont,pls help,pls pls pls

When you fill a form for student visa
You have to tell them all information.
There will be a question have you refused before?
When you answered yes then there is another question
When and why i guess.
Once you agree you have been refused that all
Information they will verify from sinp.
Make sure if you tell them any thing they dont know
Must be there is not any kind of written proof.
You are going to make you future bright.
Dont take any risk if you still have alternate.
You have do or die thn try your luck as a gamble.

Anyway, all applications for study and work permit are kept at CIC. They can access it online anytime to verify your application. If you declare these information in future, there are very very high chances you will get rejected/ banned/ deported.

I have almost the same situation like yours. please find
I have applied through Saskatchewan (Provincial nominee program)
(SINP ). Please find my timeline and share yours as well.
My file was received at SINP by hand through my brother on, Nov-2011. I have been
Nominated and has been approved February 2014.
Sent my all required documents with my application to (CIO) visa office in (Sydney NS) on 15 Oct, 2014. Awaiting for AOR or file#.
Anyone please share their experiences that usually how long they are taking to send file#
and after that generally, maximum how long its required them to process till PPR.
Am so frustrated almost I have already spent 37 months. Please letting me know how many more months they
need to make final decision.

By viewing their CIC web site for PNP applicants processing timeline shows 33 months more required through CHC London UK.
Is that true?. Or I am going through wrong direction to obtain information for exact timeline.

You all guys may proceed with me the knowledge sharing in this regard.

Hi Mates,
i also applied Saskatchewan (Provincial nominee program) Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) based on job offer letter.
I got my nomination in march and applied for CIC, my application received in july and till now I am just waiting for any news, even not get file no till today, anyone have any idea about that.

I also have the same situation . Still waiting for AOR . got email from CIO in Aug that they have received my case . but still I am waiting for any AOR. I fear my demand draft would have expired also. any thought guys.

Assalamo alaykom,

Everybody,

I applied for visa at CIC on 12 June 2014,
In 18 October 2014 they started file processing.
In 20 October 2014 request for Med Exam & RPRF.
All formalities done within 3 days. I sent the to Singapore visa office on 24 October 2014.
On 02 November 2014, CIC update my ECAS to "We received Medical Result"
Now I am waiting & confused ....................... waiting is not good for health.
Brother's don't worry.
I can pray for everyone. Return you must pray for me.
