Saskatchewan Provincial Express Entry (SINP)

Hello to All,
i want apply to Saskatchewan Province through Express Entry immigration as a Skilled Worker, Can anyone tell me either i need to send original passport or copy of passport along with the Academic documents for Education Credential Assessment???

And Education Credential Assessment are necessary for Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) Express Entry or Provincial Express Entry (SINP) or Both of them???

Only Passport copy is required and not original passport. ECA is required at both the stages i.e. Nomination stage and later at the time of final visa application.
