Saskatchewan PR Application Advice

Hi

I have been living and working in SK for about 15 months.I would like to apply for PR but I'm confused about which route to take.
I have a mechanics trade certification from my home country (Ireland) but have been working a unskilled job here,what would my options be?

Unskilled I assume means NOC C & D
Try SINP Existing work permit or ISW-Job offer
