Hi All,
I am a Indian and I have 2.5 years work experience as a Change Coordinator (Information Technology) which comes under NOC category 0213 and 5.5 Years work experience as a Desktop Engineer which comes under NOC Category 2282. For Saskatchewan PNP program as per new Occupation in Demand list I only get points for 2.5 Year experience which is 0213 category, Noc Category 2282 was removed from occupation in demand list in May 2016. because of this I am unable to get minimum score which is 60.
I have two cousin staying at Saskatchewan however there are some scenario:
1) I have first cousin staying at Saskatchewan from more then 1 Year, However for documents to show our relationship we have problem because in My mother document my grandpa and grandma surname is different then my aunts document. I have only family tree to show relationship. We have submitted my moms visitor visa application and in my moms application we have mentioned my grandpa & Grandma surname is different then it is showing in my aunts documents. can I still get relationship points. Please advice.
2) My wife has first cousin which also stay at Saskatchewan from more then 1 year, however she is permanently moving from Saskatchewan to Vancouver next month. can I show her as relative and get points for relationship. Please advice.
Thanks & Regards,
Sohil Momin
