Hi guys, I am wondering if someone can assist me.

My brother has B.Com first year clear but second not yet. He applied WES assessment and as a requirements, marks sheet must be verified from University and HEC. HEC requires mark sheet to re-verify from University and University (University of Sargodha) just refused to verify since bcom is not completed.
- Any advise on this, what he should be doing? HEC won't verify without university verification and university not accepting unless its complete degree.
- If he applied just with intermediate, high secondary school certificate, does anybody know if he will able to get 12 points as per this?
Canadian equivalency certificate or at least two semesters (but less than a two-year program) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other post-secondary institution.12

Thanks for your help.

Hi Naturgrl, yes he will submit application to WES but his university is not verifying result of first year ( 2 semesters) due to the fact he didn't complete degree yet. He must get verification from University before submitting to HEC. WES will accept only HEC verified document so its kins stuck there.

If he doesn't submit university, then he would be only higher secondary certificate and I was wondering if his higher secondary school ECA would be equal to above statement as it says Colleges too (Canadian equivalency certificate or at least two semesters (but less than a two-year program) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other post-secondary institution.)

No high school is not college, university or trade school. Is he applying directly to SINP. How is he eligible with only high school?

Its not high school only. Its 2 years college diploma called D.COM after high school.

DIPLOMA IN COMMERCE
Diploma in Commerce is an inter-level course comprising of two years of education. It is offered in two groups namely ACCOUNTING Group and OFFICE SECRETARIAL PRACTICE Group.
Requisite qualification for admission to D.Com is Secondary School Certificate with at least second division.

Ok so if ECA is completed and it is assessed as two semesters, then yes it will count. Will not know until ECA is completed.
