Can the dependent move to Canada immediately after being approved for Sk pnp through Canadian experience class?

If so, which visa is to be applied by the dependent after getting Sk pnp through CEC to move to Canada before the primary applicant files for the PR ?

what is the process exactly dependents need to do for it?

For parents supervisa scheme, for Spose special program family reunification scheme. These programs are fast moving. But for siblings, there is no speedy program, although they get 20 points in assessment grid, this is great help.

Your post is very unclear and difficult to understand. It sounds like you really haven't done any research. PNP and CEC are completely different immigration streams, so a person can't be approved for "PNP through CEC" and parents and sibling are NOT dependents.
