How did you apply for it. Through Express Entry or OID? What is your SINP score and NOC? How much have you paid?
As far as I know usually nomination letters comes to ones' email even though one has appointed a consultant (though I maybe wrong). Also there are details of officer at the end you can contact the same. Also check the email, if he had just forwarded you there should be the geniune email address in the cc or bcc field.
You can log in to your EOI portal and check if a nomination email is attached. . isn't it ?
