I am a recent graduate (internatioanl students with 3-year PGWP)and I got a job offer from a Saskatchewan(SK) employer. To clarify, I was an international students from another province(NOT SK) of Canada.
it is a O/A/B job which is related to my major and I really like it.
There are 2 questions about Saskatchewan immigrant policies:
1. it is a fully remote job, therefore I can still stay in my current province(not SK, but another province inside Canada).
if I keep staying in my current province and not move to SK, but I still work for this SK employer, can it be counted as valid working experience for CEC(Canadian Experience Class)? i.e. Do I need to move to SK province to make the work a valid experience for CEC? (even I move to SK, I still have to do the work from home, caz the job is fully remote)
2. in the offer package, I did NOT see a file whose name is JAL(Job Approval Letter). I heard that a valid job offer from SK province should have a JAL file sending to employee?
Do I need to ask the hiring manager to send me the JAL? and if the employer is not willing to send me JAL, can this work still be counted as a valid working experience for CEC?(as far as I kown, the JAL is the proof that I worked for the SK employer)
Thank you in advance.
