Saskatchewan international skilled worker immigration programe

Hello,
i have applied for the immigration to Canada in Saskatchewan international skilled worker(without job offer letter)in January 2014.As of yet i have not received any response from immigration department.please advise me how can i make sure that my application is still under consideration.

Base on new policy you must have a job offer from employer and job approval from SINP
until then they will process your papers.
