I submitted my application on November 8, 2018 and yesterday, I received a mail requesting the submission of "additional/missing documents". The documents requested are: Educational/Training Assessment and Work Experience Credentials.
Although I remember submitting the documents as part of my application, I wonder why same documents are still being requested.
Secondly, I was instructed to submit the documents through the "Submit Additional Documents" button on my "Oasis account". However, I can't find such feature on my profile. Any advice as to what to do?
Lastly, do I submit only my ECA or also to include my academic certificates and transcripts? Will only my previous and current work reference letters suffice? Your kind recommendations please?
