It just says student needs to work for 6 months in noc A,B,O

but doesnt say that it needs to be in the field that the student has studied, why is that???

So even a computer graduate , if he gets a plumbing job which might be covered under one of the NOCs, can apply for SINP?

It is still reviewed on a case to case basis. This theoretical example you cited may not be approved.

On the other hand, I am a bachelor of arts graduate with NOCs in IT and I got nominated by Saskatchewan.
