Sask, Manitoba or Quebec.. SOS Please

Hi All,

Would someone please suggest which state give better PR options to International Students.

Some suggested me to pick a course in Quebec while some discouraged it.

I recently heard that Sask & Manitoba has the better opportunity after finishing a course.

I have to pick course ASAP. Any concrete info & suggestion is appreciable.

by the way, my wife is planning to study 2-year program.. either Dental Hygienist or Dental Technology.
