I got my result as rejection & got the money refund from sydney .My case has rejected because I have applied as bookkeeper on june 08 but when new 38 list come then bookeeper was not in list therefore i got rejection.

At the time when i applied my consultant told me to apply as bookeepers because u r not Chartered accountant u r only graduate bcom pass whreas i was doing 70% job work of Accountant . With the advice of my consultant he filed my case as a bookeeper & therefore i got rejection

Now i am going to Reaaply as an accountant because i have applied as a bookeeper 1.5 year back now i can show my profile as an accountant in the same company from aug 08 or sept 08 & hence i will show experience of accountant more than one year. actually i am working as an accountant in my company from lat 3 and more year but due to misguidance i have shown as a bookeeper any way now i can arrange my experience certificate of accountant for one year & more from my company . so please tell me will it work or i will get rejection again. I will not provide any fake document If they call me for interwie then also i can proove my self as an accountant.

Please can you tell me that can it easy to file the case without any consultant can you all help me to file my application & can you give me further assisatnce for my case.

1. Your choice whether you use a consultant or not.
2. Your problem is going to convince CIC/CHC that you have "magically" became an accountant in the past year or so.
3. You would have to demonstrate that your education meets the required level as in the NOC for 1111

* Chartered accountants require a university degree
and
Completion of a professional training program approved by a provincial institute of chartered accountants and, depending on the province, either two years or 30 months of on-the-job training
and
Membership in a provincial Institute of Chartered Accountants upon successful completion of the Uniform Evaluation (UFE).

* Certified general accountants and certified management accountants require a university degree
and
Completion of a training program approved by the Society of Certified General Accountants or Society of Management Accountants and several years of on-the-job training
and
Certification by the Certified General Accountants Association or the Society of Management Accountants.

If you are not a member of an Accounting organization in your home country, you will have problems.

hi, sorry to hear your rejection. u can reapply, but there is some minimum waiting period, if i am not wrong. moreover, r u qualified for accountant noc? just by doing accounts related tasks u may not be accepted by canada.

Told u so many times, pls show managerial responsibilities. U need not be CA or ICWA or CGA, ACCA for applying under 1111 noc.

I think it is your job description that matters not your eduction. If a person is B. Com and have performed all duties of an accountant he may apply.
