San Diego CA state police clearance and FBI finger prints

Does any one know where my sis can get her state police certificate and the finger prints for the FBI in the San Diego area? She's kinda lost.

1. Look in the phone book or web for fingerprinting services, UPS usually will do fingerprinting.
2. Was she requested to get the state prints? If not she doesn't need them. If she was requested to get the state, then California does "live printing" http://ag.ca.gov/fingerprints/

find nearest police station and ask them, they will do for FBI and California DOJ live scan. for FBI your sister have to go manual FD258 finger print and for DOJ will be live scan. I am near to San diego and ESCONDIDO but some far.
