Nobody can help you in this regard. You'll have to make your own according to your previous/proposed studies & qualifications.

Hi,

I have only one top secret to share with you.

You DO NOT need any SOP/Cover Letter under SPP/General category. NO one at CHC Delhi/Chandigarh is going to read such instruments. It’s useless exercise. You can’t prove/justify anything based on your SOP/Cover letter. You are FREE to write anything on a piece of paper, just think how it is possible for a concerned visa officer to trust/verify the contents of your SOP!

I have only this point to share with you. Rest is your choice.
