I think it's listed on the CIC website under document checklist.
If it's a bank statement / bank letter then it should have following details

1. Date of account opening
2. Average balance in last 6 months
3. Current balance
4. Sign / stamp of the bank employee issuing the letter
5. Bank's contact information
