anybody send me a sample family relation certificate? my aunt is living canada and i need to apply for a students visa. i need to notarize this certificate.

There is nothing called family retaion certificate. All u can do is arranging ur aunts & fathers birth certificate where ur grandpa name should be same on both . iF any spelling mistake u can tell aunt to make a affidavit for the same.
