Even I hope the same ..but better to be prepared for worst..

What I understand is ..cic might send ITA's every month on each category which are in same pool.

Say like ..Top 2000 CEC applicants
Top 5000 FSW applicants

If lmia is required for all CEC applicants...which most of the big companies might not give.So I guess we all should be more or less at same points without lmia.

Just a positive thought to make us feel better :D
I think I just found an important point regarding draw of people from the pool ...

There will be a single pool but there will be different draws related to different categories ...Say like Top 2000 CEC...Top 4000 FSW

42. Do I need to get an Education Credential Assessment (ECA)?

An ECA is required for candidates in the Express Entry pool who wish to be considered for draws related to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, unless they were educated in Canada.

For candidates who are hoping to apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program or Canadian Experience Class, an ECA is optional but may increase the points they receive on the CRS and improve their chances of being drawn from the pool.

Do not think so.
Applicants in any "category" (FSW/CEC/FSTW) will be judged acording to the POINTS they got and against each other. If you look carefully at the new point system you can see it includes all possible situations : country of education does not matter , work experience at home (for FSW from outside of Canada), + work experience in Canada (for CEC& TWR, PN).
The highest-ranking candidates in the pool will be invited to apply for permanent residence
The pool is one and only, for everybody.

Then why are there two streams to apply? and why did the Canadian government say we are going to pick n number of applicants from CEC and m number of applicants for FSW.

There is ONE stream: EE.
Your points depends on your situation. And you have to prove your situation after you got ITA. CEC- will have PGWP + 12 months of work experience in Canada, FSW could have job in Canada or could have not.

However, if you look at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/DEPARTMENT/MEDIA/notices/2014-11-06.asp
You will see TWO categories (which go under EE): FSW/FSTW and CEC. So, there are CAPS for FSW/FSTW 51 000 + 23 000 for CEC=74 000 (including family members). So at every draw they will follow the numbers of applicants under CEC and FSW/FSTW and according to the ITA issued to FSW or CEC by the date will adjust next draw.

EE is a single common pool. All candidates will apply to EE. Government will filter candidates based on EE points, and ask them to apply under FSWP or CEC specifically. Hence, to apply for EE, you have to satisfy either category's conditions. Simple. Hope you understand EE better now.

Draws will be done in one pool for everyone in EE, but they also have ability to do draws only for a specific program in case one of them are short of their target.

Hi friends,
As you know applicants will be in same pool and applicants will have different occupations.Let's imagine A's noc code is xxxx and B's noc code is yyyy. And A's point is 450 and B's point is 375.Both of their occupations are skill ''0'' but different occupations. In this case which criteria will be important to receive ITA,point or occupation?

Points. Only points. NOC doesn't matter. Your jobs needs to fall under NOC that is all.
