Same fees twice?!

Good day,
Having not heard from the visa office since 2 years from my medicals and paying the RFRF (Right for Permanent Residence Fees),
I was just recently contacted by them to do the medical test again.
That I understand well as the medicals expire in 12 months, I know, but is it normal to ask me for the RPRF again??

You should only have to pay the RPRF once.

show them you're receipt..or write a letter and put a photo copy of your receipt..unless you pay for yourself alone and the application is for you and your wife..but if it's only for yourself then just sent the photocopy..
