My visa for fall 2022 intake is approved. I will be reaching Canada on september 1 and & classes start on september 6
I want to change my program - same level, same DLI, but duration is 8 months (previously was 12 months + co-op) and new program will no longer have co-op.
Im enrolled in financial technology (post graduate) and want to change to (Project managment - post graduate)
(1) should i inform IRCC about changing programs before landing?
(2) should i inform IRCC about changing programs after landing?
(3) Will there be any issues later on with PGWP and study permit extension?

it clearly states in this website if you change your SCHOOL or PROGRAM, you must be: "actively studying while you're in Canada" (so what does this even mean!!!)
