salary vs job responsibilty

Dear all

My case has been filed & i got AOR from sydney
I am getting salary of 70000/- per month 30000 in cheque & 40000 in cash hence i show my salary amount 30000/- per month in my application

Now my question is that that i shown manager responsiblity in my profiles & getting salary of Rs. 30000/- in cheque will the officer think about it that in this small amount of salary he is performing the job duties of manager

My second question for PCC is it also require for infant as my child is 2year old

Salary does not matter if your ref/exp letter from your employer is showing manager responsibility in your profile. If you mean Police certificate by PCC then no you do not required submitting it for your 2year old child. It is only for applicant, spouse and any dependent who is 18 yrs or above and accompanying you.

my understanding is that CHC is not interested in ur salary. they r only interested in ur job responsibility.

however, if the salary is considerably lower than the market rate then it might prompt the CHC to verify. for example, if the current market rate for slary for ur job designation & job description is 35,000 but u showed 30,000 it will b ok. but if the current market rate is 70,000 but u showed 30,000, it might trigger a CHC verification. but still that depends on the visa officer & on his/her mood.

however, i am not an expert so, plz wait for seniors' comments on this issue...........

hiya...me too at Manager level and getting 30.000 salary....dont b afraid...whts ur NOC number ....else u can write them that in benefits u r getting incentive through checks and somes bonuses etc etc

Primary aspect: Job duties... then comes salary... Although it is true that salary must be according to market standards...but who define the standards?????? Upcoming organization may pay you very less compared to a well established MNC... so it differs from case to case...

My case is also similar... I was earning 65k / month + project based incentives in my previous job... but I lost my job...as organization decided to close offshore operations in recession... Now I am working with a small company and earning only 25k / month and no incentives... Matter of fact is...I am clear coz whatever I have shown is fact...so even if they doubt...I can answer them...

Just relax... you would be fine...

Salary doesn't matter...Job duties are important to prove your designation and eligibility for canada PR.
