Salary Increased during my work period...

I came to Canada in 2010 . I was getting $XX salary until end of 2011 and my Salary increased (just $1000 annually...after my performance appraisal) on Jan 2012...When I got my reference letter from my employer for CEC application, they mentioned my 'Current Salary'. DO I need to provide any explanation on the increased salary part? ( I already submitted my application and got AOR).THX____

What does your T4 / NOA depict ? If your T4/NOA and Pay stubs submitted reflect the new salary hike, there is no action required from your end.

If not, there is no harm in explaining the situation to CIC and submitting your new T4 as soon as you get it.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's not that big a deal. If CIC wants your 2012 T4, they will ask...

I wouldn't worry about your contract, it is not a required document. What matters is what is written in your letter of employment.

Hi IMMI_123, I was in a similar situation and I have submitted my appraisal letters.
You could just mail your's for the last couple of years with a cover letter mentioning the reason, DOB, Name, UCI and App number from AOR.
I am not sure if that will make any difference, but there is no harm in sending them.
