Salary by cash

Hello! I had worked as an English Language Trainer at an institution in 2012.The organisation at that point of time paid salary by cash. I have cash vouchers issued by the organisation;but no bank statements. Will this issue hamper my visa process or is it acceptable by cic?

Cash voucher proves your work exp. Bank balance statement proves you have funds to support yourself. Work experience and funds are separate things.
