SACRED, please guide, im applying for study permit next week from pakitsan

Dear Seniors, plz guide,
i am a professional graphic designer, and applying for a student visa next week for the 1st time. i got my addmission confirmation from sheridan college in animations. my questions is about my finances. my total tution fee is 23,500CAD$ and if i split it i can pay in 2 installemnts by paying an extra fee of $50 so i have paid the first installment of 12,200CAD$. other than this i have also an aranged accomodation of a monthly rent of 500CAD$ (which is 6000CAD$/YEAR) and have paid 500CAD$ for one month to book the room. now all im left with is about 14 lac around 17500CAD$ in my personal account now. plz guide would be there any issue by the visa officer to reject my application. is this amount sufficient for me to proceed my application. rest of the documents are perfect.
Seniors plz guide ASAP.

u just need to show ur 1st year tution fee and 1st year of living in canada....ur first year tution fee comes out to be close to 12000 and 7000-8000 living expenses per year... So total funds u need to show is 20000$.. i Beleive that u have sufficient funds in ur Account...as u have already paid the tution fee....

thank u so much for your guidence, now i am showing 26000CAD$ in total. i think these will be more than enough. but my new question is i am maintaining this account from last 4 years but have transfered this amount (8,700CAD$) (IN THE PREVIOUS AMOUNT THAT WAS ABT 24000CAD$) abt a week before applying. would be this an issue????? would the visa officer ask me about it. though i have about 18 to 20 lac PKR (24000CAD$) from last 8 months in the account and have paid the 12000CAD$ last week out of it.

Hi Najam,

The Visa officer might ask u and u need to show the proof from where did u got this Amount from(8,700CAD$)...either u have sold off something such as property etc or sold off ur share... u should have the recepit from where u got the money....

Ok Sure, so SHOULD I show the Original sale agreement when asked ?? OR in ADVANCE ( means when applying, i should attach it along the rest of the documents) amount of my car worth 16,250CAD$ to confirm being transfered in the bank statemet a week before applying , and Also mention that in the cover letter. i will high light it with a highlighter marker in the bank statement.
SO WOULD BE THAN FINE FOR ME TO JUSTIFY IT??????? will he be concvinced ???? plz guide. many thanks in advance.

Hi Najam,

i would suggest that write a one liner and do not highlight it.....we do not want to highlight it cos we dont want VO to delibrately look at it... and also we want to make sure if u write a one line on that ..cos u can always tell VO that u have mentioned it in the covering letter ... a win win situation....

Nijam u can submit a photocopied one...and keep original with you...u have done ur homework well....u will certainly come out with flying colours...When is the VISA Interview....

They might call u for an Interview if they are not satisfied with the documents u r sending and purpose of study in canada...ex course for which u r enroliing is available in ur home country or not...or might be u need to give an explanation as to y u want to do this course from canada specifically and not from US , UK etc etc.....Moreover they do check the University reputation ...how good is ur University....etc...

But in ur case u have suffcient funds.....relevant work ex....can't comments on university....So be Positive.... Get Ready with all these answers.....u just need to show them that u have done the reasearch and then decided to go to canada....and Most Important...u r coming back to Pakistan once u complete the course and u have no Intention to settle down in canada ....
