S-OWP medical status changed online

Hi Folks,

My spouse applied online and have had her medical exam this month on 6th. Yesterday the status changed to "Passed" from "We are reviewing your medical information" . We were expecting passport request right after medicals but still there is nothing even though the medical status has been updated to passed. Has anyone experienced the same thing. Any idea how long can it take?
Any concerns would be highly appreciated.

The request should be round the corner, it usually takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks for PPR after Medicals.

This kinda wait is really panic. Plus pressure from wife
I believe this is one of the hardest times in life for those who are in similar situation. Now, week is almost over and again hopes started revising for
the new week.
