You dont' qualify.

IELTS min. band in each is 6.5

And you need maths in 11 and 12th standard.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including the following program specific requirements (a minimum overall average of 70% establishes eligibility for admission consideration; subject to competition individual programs may require higher pre-requisite grades and/or higher overall averages):

English/Anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
Mathematics [One of: Advanced Functions (MHF4U), Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U) or Mathematics of Data Management (MDM4U)]
> For Fall 2012 admission, two mathematics courses are strongly recommended. The preferred mathematics courses are Grade 12 U Advanced Functions (MHF4U) and Grade 12 U Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U).

> Effective Fall 2013, two mathematics courses [Grade 12 U Advanced Functions (MHF4U) AND Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U)] will be required for admission.

The minimum grade(s) required in the subject prerequisites (normally in the 70% range) will be determined subject to competition

Dude in Toronto, there are only other two universities namely Univ of Toronto and York Univ.

You are not eligible for them either. I would say if you seriously want to get in Ryerson, give IELTS again and apply for ryerson and the make a letter in which you tell them that you will complete these courses when you join ryerson

Now you will have to pay a lot of fee for these two courses. Probably around $1700 for both the courses./

Seneca and Sheridan are colleges and will award you diplomas unlike colleges in South Asia that can award degrees through colleges.

But if colleges, then Seneca is definitely better than Sheridan.

Your chances of getting into a decent university are less unless you try to bump up your IELTS and study Maths.

This is absolutely correct: in order to get into a Canadian University you do have to get your IELTS up and perhaps get your Ontario secondary school diploma in Canada. You can get your student permit through the high school, re-take your IELTS and the apply to university from Canada.
