My father is now back in Canada with a RX-1 travel document which expires in April and obviously he has to leave then. Does anyone know whether he can apply for an extension of his stay for a couple of months? Do you know where he can apply or contact?
An RX-1 travel document is explicitly issued for the purpose of appealing a revocation of PR status or to continue an appeal in Canada. If he is not actively appealing, it cannot be extended.
