Russian PCC service

Hi,

Has anybody ever used the service of a company called "spravkimvd" to get a Russian PCC as a foreigner not living in Russia?

I would advise you not to use services like that. Just my experience. You have 2 options: 1) If you don't have family/friends in Russia, then embassy/consulate is your best options; 2) If you do have family/friends, then you can give them power of attorney and they can submit the request through Gosulugi on your behalf.

What I read seemed to be too good to be true, especially the turnaround around time
