Rushing so submitted application is a mess - reapply?

I was rushing while I was applying and ended up submitting and paying fees before I double checked everything.

I didn't condense my documents into one file to upload so I had to do the web form to add them onto the application afterwards. Files are attached in the wrong place too. I'm still waiting for my US police check to come through and will have to add that on when it arrives as well.

All in all it's very messy and not at all what I wanted to submit especially as I got refused last time and have everything hinging on getting accepted this time.

Is it worth cancelling the application and starting again to do it properly? It's going to take a long time though and I have included everything they've asked for just in a messy way. Really annoyed at myself.

To be safe, I would withdraw my application... Imagine you if you application gets rejected after couple months, then you would waste so much time, much more than if you re-apply.
