Guys.

I have an AOR from CIC for PNP PR. My current WP is closed , my TRV is expired but WP is valid, can I go to the nearest border and get an open WP? I have this job opportunity that I don't want to miss, also do I need to notify CIC employer change once I accept the new job? or to PNP?

Please Help guys.... Seniors Preferred.

It will be up to the officers at the border to determine of you are can be issued an OWP given your circumstances.

On the subject of needing to notify the CIC of an employer change - this normally should be done with your PNP first before CIC, as the nomination letter was issued by the province. I see you are under an employer-driven stream - is that correct? CIC will check if the nomination is still valid - which may include a check with the PNP office that issued your nomination letter. Up to what extent the PNP office checks if your eligibility is maintained with an employer change, you will have to ask SINP - call them up and ask.
