Before PR, no. Unless being supported by that city you are moving to.

If i come in rural renewal program. N got my pr card. Can i move to other city. N will it effect my PR ?

Well you could move right. Can the city come after you and try and revoke your PR, it is possible. Stay for at least 6 months. They went to all that trouble for you to get PR and then you pack up and leave.

I m outside canada. Currently i m living in uae. N i m planning to come canada as i m getting offer in rural area in alberta. N they r offering me to get PR under rural renewal program.

So you are eligible for the program? What NOC? What town? The whole point of the program is to live and reside in the community (on the website). If you have no intent to work and live there then don’t apply. Processing takes a long time.

So plan to live in the community as you will have a job. Canada is extremely expensive and housing is hard to come by unless you have a large amount of cash to buy a home without a mortgage. If you want to move after PR, then you can do so but take into account housing and living expenses if you are moving. You may be paid more but housing may be more expensive. Also factor in if you need to buy a car/insurance, furniture, clothing, food etc.

As i have an experience in retail stores.?? Is it possible to get job in retail store?
