Running over the actual processing time for spouse open work permit

Hello everyone,

I am an international student in Canada belonging to India. My husband had applied for open work permit for spouse case. We applied on April 18, 2018 but have not received any update regarding medical. We also applied a tourist visa for my 7 year old son who will accompany my husband.

Unfortunately we have not received medical yet. Although it has been doubled the usual processing time. Can anybody tell which file has received a medical demand?

Unfortunately there are only estimates for SOWP processing times Also spouses of international students are not guaranteed SOWP.
