I am looking to buy a house in the next 2-3 months.
I have invested $12000 in RRSP last year. If I invest $10000 this month in the same fund as last year, will I be able to withdraw $22000 immediately in the next 1-2 months or can I only withdraw $12000 now and $10000 after 90 days of depositing it?

You will only be able to withdraw $12K. You won't be able to withdraw the additional $10K because it will have been less than 90 days since these funds were deposited.

I don't think that withdrawing the $10K at a later date (after 90 days) is an option.

If you want to purchase a property in the next 1-2 months and use the additional $10K, the don't deposit this $10K in your RRSP.
