Dear All Friends

Kindly suggest me what can i do in this situation!!!!

First Scenerio::

I am preparing my documnet for Express Entry, i have clear the language test with 6.0 each and Master's degree as per WES, my wife also given the language test and result awaited and her WES report is also Master's Degree. As i have calculated my CRS score and it comes to 340-345 max which is far far away from recent draws. is there any chance to go down this CRS score or should I try for some other ways as in my case Job offer is not possible.......kindly suggest

Second Scenerio:

As my wife is Computer Faculity in Punjab State Govt School and she have done MCA, Mtech in Computer Science as this post is not require teacher edcuation program so she did not done the Bed or Med degree. here somebody ( a immigration consultant) has suggest me that you can go to canada through student visa. he will send my wife's document to Onterio college of teacher and as per suggestion my wife has to go through some one year course in canada, and on the basis of that she will get one year student visa and one year work permit after course. as her spouse i can accompany her and I can get two year work permit and after one year (according to consultant) i can apply for PR while I will be there in canada

kindly suggest me what way i hve to choose, i am confused as My wife is govt employee and if i choose second option she has to resigne from her job and after completing course in canada i dont what will be the scenerio.

Kindly help!!!!

Yes, student visa is a good option, both can travel together or dependent can travel later.

You can work full time, she can work part time

On completion of studies she will get work visa

Check with couple of reliable agents

You will not get a 2 year work permit. You may be granted a work permit for the duration of her study permit. However, after she graduates, in order for you to be granted a work permit based on her PGWP, she will first need to have a skilled job. If she doesn't have a skilled job, you will not get another OWP.

There is absolutely no guarantee that you will qualify for PR after being in Canada for a year.
