Hello All,

As I understood, RQ could be sent in 3 stages.

1. RQ from Sydney before local office transfer
2. RQ from local office before test
3. RQ from local office after test

Am I correct? What are the difference for them? Which one is the more common?

Thanks

At any stage, whenever they see that a piece of the puzzle is missing to get the big picture or the information provided doesn't make sense, they can send an RQ which is basically a request for more information. Also even when the file is transfered to the judge for a final decision he can send an RQ.
