RQ travel docs

Hey guys, I received an RQ (CIT 0171(10/2013)E).
The document is asking for passport copies for “must cover only your relevant residence period”. It is also asking for copies of blank pages. I have three questions regarding this:

I came became a PR of Canada July 2010, having lived in Canada for one year before on a working holiday visa (not part of the 4 year period before I applied). I went to my home country for a week in Sep 2010 with an issued travel document by the Canadian embassy (as my PR card hadn't been processed yet). Since I got a new passport in Oct. 2010, I only have these relevant dates in my application. However, I have travelled extensively before becoming a PR, so every page(!) of my passport is covered in stamps. The stamps that are not in English are from 2008 and were already in there when I applied for my PR (and sent my passport to CIC). Do I have to get all these stamps translated, although they have nothing to do with the “relevant period” and CIC has already seen them? (I am a student on OSAP and know the costs of official translations)

I need a travel document/record of movement from all countries that have given me a passport or travel document. I am European, they don't stamp my passport when I enter. Usually I enter the Schengen area via countries other than my home country. When I enter the Schengen area they don't even scan my document. Does anyone have experience with that and knows how I can provide a history of my entries?

I am currently outside of Canada, having left right after my application. Nothing cool like making big bucks abroad: I am on an official university exchange, which is mandatory for my program of study. My university can provide documentation that I am still enrolled in my program, pay tuition and that I am not able to graduate from my program without this exchange. I am just wondering if it is wise to include this news, as I don't want them to put my application on hold for the time of my exchange. The way RQs delay everything, it's unlikely that I get a test invite before I return to Canada anyhow. Even if I get it before, I am more than willing to return for the test.

It would be nice of someone could help me out.

Sincerely,

I just saw that I have to put the place where I am signing the RQ. Would it make sense just to go back to Canada for a few days to put Kitchener instead of a foreign country onto the RQ? I wanna tell CIC the truth.

Also, I still haven't managed it so figure out the passport issue. Do I really have to provide copies and translations of stamps from 2006 and 2008, although CIC definitely has those on record already? (In that case I have to get around 20pages translated...)
