RQ...test...then oath?

Has anybody who had a test recently not gotten an oath date? I guess what I'm really asking is...if you get the test date, and you'd already been RQ'd, then your papers are in order and the officer is satisfied?

Not necessarily - CIC may deem your RQ response as not supporting claimed residence and will refer you to a full CJ hearing with a recommendation for refusal.

Thanks for replying Msafiri. We had our test and interview an hour back, but we're not given an oath date. The interviewer saw me an husband seperately and asked us the same questions. By the Time my husband was done, he said he was satisfied with our file. I wonder I that's just curtesy.

I have my test and interview on feb 11th and would like to know how the interview works with a family application (hus/ wife).
How they check the orignal documents, combined / separatley ?

Hello Randy, We were interviewed separately. I don't work, and husband is self employed (genuinely )The interviewer was really nice and friendly. He interviewed us separately. First he asked me a ton of Q's , about my husband, then asked my husband the exact same things! However, I've had friends of mine who were interviewed together.

I had test this year in Jan @ Scarborough. I received post test RQ instead of Oath. See my timeline in my signature.
