RQ question - need help

Hi,

Can anyone help, to the following RQ question. My spouse has worked on Work authorization and H1 visa with US company. Now got RQ - the questions says


Provide US Travel Records including PR card (if applicable) and / or documentary evidence issued to you regarding your immigration status in US.


We are confused. What should we supply them with? We do not have US GC or PR card. We live in Canada. How to answer this?


Besides this the list goes on asking different documents. But above question is where i need help.

You can get your border records from Canadian border service and US border service, please check their sites
just send your immigration visas for US, do you get this after the test or before?
did you submitted all pages of your passport? Do you have any valid US visas(other than B1/B2)?

The problem is wait time for getting records. Yes, my spouse has copies of visa documents and stamps in passport. we are confused, if the report from border office does not come in time, can we just submit visa / stamp documents, will they accept it? or just reject application?
