if you get a RQ in Montreal and send all the documents they request, how long do I have to wait until citizenship ceremony? thanks

i have a usa greencard but never used since lived in canada for the last 5 years,so maybe that...

Otherwise, How did CIC know about this?

no, but i have a visa "diversity visa" on passport, thats good the greencard got issued
