RQ+Citizenship Test/Hearing

I had submitted an RQ about 8 mths ago, and it seems I should soon receive a Test Notice. My question is:

1) Will I be asked to have an interview with the CIT Judge on the same day?
2) OR Will I be asked to go back following the test?
3) Does a CIT Officer interview me about the RQ before the test?

This is all relevant to the Ottawa Office so anyone who can help tell me what happens....?

started processing my aplication on may 2008, received an R.Q on april 2009,today march 8 2011,still IN PROCESS.does any one knows.how long it will take for them to make a decision
