RQ Citizenship Delay Petition - Sign it

Hi everybody,

Due to the issue many of us are facing in the GTA - the 48 months delay in the processing of citizenship applications due to Residence Questionnaires - I started a petition directed at Minister Jason Kenney (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration).

I ask that everybody that is affected by this problem sign it. Not only will Minister Kenney's offices be notified quickly of the petition's signatures, but I will also mail it to his offices. I have had the opportunity to meet Minister Kenney in the past, and the next time this opportunity arises I will hand the petition to him personally as well.

God Helps Those Who Help Themselves....
So people just don't sit and watch...Everyone has to participate and support, No one raised voice in past so 12 month RQ timeline jumped to 48 months, now either we can force Cic to reduce it to 6-months or let them increase it to 72 months.....Sign the petition... Start tweeting...it's about time...

just to clarify, are the 48 months processing a fixed time? Did anyone go their RQ processed in less than 48?. Thanks

@DaRulz Yes RQ's were getting processed in less then 24 months but since the numbers of RQ's increasing
the timeline is also increased to 48 months.
