Hope this finds you well.

I paid RPRF back earlier this year via credit card and i have received an email from london office that - this fee should be paid via bank draft?? the fee is already charged to my account and why a change in the process of payment..

Please advise with your experience .......

Are you sure it was RPRF? I didn't know that RPRF can be paid by credit card. You might have the electronic receipt with you. Send a CSE attaching your receipt.
